APC's Problems Escalate As 2015 Campaign Promoters Raise Alarm.

"Our association has met with the man in charge but he is insisting that the APC is yet to pay him, all he keeps saying is that he is still talking to his principal, but all we are asking for is payment for jobs we did." " We hesitated from coming out till now because
we don't want to embarrass the government or the APC but we were advised by the current Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency Managing Director (LASAA MD), to go after George Noah and the company he used to issue the media order", is a statement from over 70 outdoor advertising companies that handled the Ambode/Buhari campaign billboards in Lagos State.

The statement further revealed that they agencies were yet to receive over 95 percent of their payments from the APC government as they were only mobilised with 5 percent.

What this statement means is that even after winning the election, the APC government is yet to pay the back log of firms who rendered its campaign services. What this entails, is that it is far easier for a government to derail on his campaign promises or propaganda in the case of APC than pay it's workers. One begins to ask certain question bothering integrity as regards the APC. This treatment given to firms they once wooed and used to actualise their dreams must be thoroughly condemned by all. These people who operate and work in these firms survive on funds they make from their business and it is not only unfair but also callous to withhold any fund that should have been used to pay them.

How can the APC government fulfil it's promises to the masses when it was yet to settle the funds owed firms who helped put them in power . This explains the fact that the "Change" promised by the ruling party is a mirage and hence something that might never be actualised .

The APC must make arrangements and settle these firms, so that they don't run out of business. If the APC really cared about the masses they would have made sure such statements indicting them never came from these firms whose funds are witheld.

Finally, the APC really need to step up and take responsibility for most of it's unholy and anti-people actions instead of living in self-denial as the words, works and life of it's former Publicity Secretary and now Minister of Information exhibits all three vices. Nigeria must be restored to it's past glory and our leaders held accountable .
