England Expose Why Hummels, Schweinsteiger And Mertesacker Are Indisposable For Gemany.

At the end of the Germany-England friendly in Germany , both Joachim Low and Roy Hodgson might have learnt a lot of things from the game.

While Hodgson described it as his best night
as the Three Lions Manager, Low would be very disappointed to have let a 2 goal lead slip in the second half. While there is no denying that England were the better side and deserved the win, as the asked so many questions about the German defence with Nathan Clyne having a field day on the right hand side of defence and the likes of Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane making a mockery of the inexperienced defensive  pairing of Antonio Rudiger and Jonathan Tah.

One cruel lesson Low must have learnt from the game is that "Three Players" remain indispensable in his  team and hence cannot be benched when fit going into the Euros. The players include Bastian Schweinsteiger , Per Mertesacker and Matt Hummels. While Schweinsteiger and Mertesacker have not had the best of seasons in the Premier League (Manchester United and Arsenal), they have the experience the German side direly needs to succeed in the Euro's.

The likes of Rudiger and Tah coupled with Liverpool's central midfielder Emre Can are still inexperienced and cannot be counted upon when the need arises. Against an English side that has been inconsistent for years and  did not play any big team in their qualification group (Switzerland was the only highly rated team in their group), the three players   failed woefully . Against Hummels in the first half , England were restricted and could not even make a single attempt on goal .

Tah is just 20, and only started his professional career three years ago with Hamburg, before moving to Bayer Leverkusen this season. He was making his debut on the night and showed why he still has a lot to learn by allowing Vardy score the equaliser .

Rudiger is 23, and  has just earned eight caps to his for the German Machines after making his international debut just four months against Poland in the qualification rounds. He also  has accumulated barely played 87 professional games for both VFB Stuttgart and Roma after making his debut on 29 January 2012 in the Bundesliga against Borussia Mochengladbach.

Emre Can on his own is 22 and barely tasted, as his mistake nearly cost the team on the night after Danny Welbeck stole the ball from him in his own 18-yard box .  He has also just four caps to his name for the national team. Can made his professional debut three years ago for Bayer Leverkusen after transferring from the Bayern Munich reserves.

While the objective of the writing is not to criticise the youngsters , the objective is to make people realise that these youngsters are still inexperienced and must be given time to grow as their potentials and talents have shown the have what it takes to be one of  best in the game. They should not be rushed, but rather should be taken to the Euro's to gain some tournament experience that will serve them for the future .

In summary , Germany might have lost to England on home soil on Saturday night, but the loss has been a blessing in disguise for Joachim Low as he has realised his youngsters are not good enough going into the tournament in France in the summer.
